Illustration for AACCC UG Round 3 Registration Correction: 19 October 2026 Deadline and Checklist

AACCC UG Round 3 correction closes on 19 October 2026 at 5:30 PM IST. Check eligibility, registration unlocking and the choice-refilling step.

The deadline and the action that matters

Checked on 19 October 2026. AACCC’s notice dated 16 October sets a 5:30 PM IST deadline on 19 October for the UG Round 3 registration-correction facility. It applies to applicants who submitted their form but have not locked their choices. Candidates using this one-time facility must refill and submit their choices afterwards.

This is a correction deadline, not a closing time for every counselling activity. If reading after it, check for a subsequent official notice before assuming corrections remain available. Keep the published date beside the deadline when sharing this update, so readers can recognise when the information applied.

How to find the correction facility

AACCC directs eligible candidates to sign in through its official portal, open Available Services and select Registration Unlocking. Make only the corrections that the portal permits, then complete the required submission steps and refill the choices. The notice says further requests will not be entertained after this one-time facility is used.

Before starting, write down the exact error you need to correct and the information that should replace it. Compare your proposed change with the relevant original document. This simple preparation reduces the chance of replacing one typing error with another while working under time pressure.

A practical checklist before you submit

Use your own secure device where possible, and keep the relevant documents ready. Read the entire notice rather than relying on a cropped screenshot or a forwarded deadline. Check the admission year and round shown on the page: an older notice may look almost identical while applying to a different group of candidates.

Work through the form slowly. Review spelling, numbers and any corrected fields against your documents, then read the final summary before submitting. A parent can help compare the entries, but the candidate should remain involved and understand every change. Do not assume that every field can be edited simply because an unlocking option appears.

Keep a private record of what you submitted, such as a downloaded acknowledgement or a screenshot of the confirmation if the portal provides one. Save it with a clear filename and date. Avoid sharing images containing application details in public groups. These are practical record-keeping suggestions, not additional AACCC requirements.

Give the choice list a separate review

Treat checking the application and checking the choices as two distinct tasks. Once your correction is complete, return to the choices section and inspect what is actually saved. Do not assume the earlier list is automatically preserved or complete.

As a planning exercise, compare course names, institutions and their order with your intended preferences. Read the relevant college information before making changes based only on a familiar name. Fees, location and the course itself deserve a considered family discussion. None of these checks guarantees an allotment; they help you submit a list that reflects your own decisions.

If something goes wrong

For difficulties, the notice gives AACCC helplines 011-35089100 and 9289445610. If an option is missing or the portal displays an error, describe the exact problem to the official support team rather than guessing at a workaround.

Keep a note of the time, the page you were using and the wording of any error. A support request does not itself establish an extension or confirm that a correction was accepted. Check the saved status in your account and rely on official communication for what you may do next. Never share passwords or OTPs with someone promising a guaranteed correction or seat.
